How long does a website project take? +

Most custom DFY websites take 3–5 weeks depending on scope and page count. One-page DWY builds usually take 3-4 days. DIY timelines are fully flexible — though my Starter Guide includes a simple 1–2 week roadmap to keep you moving.

Do you offer payment plans? +

DFY custom projects are broken into two payments, a 50% deposit and 50% due upon completion. VIP sessions, one-page builds, and DIY products are paid in full.

Do you write copy too? +

I help with clarity, structure, and messaging prompts — but if you need fully done-for-you copy, I’ll bring in one of my trusted copywriters. No agency markups, just the right expert for your project.

What platform do you build on? +

I design exclusively on Showit — it’s flexible, intuitive, and perfect for personality-driven, custom websites. If your current site is on Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress, I’ll happily explain a migration option for you.

What if I already have a website? +

Totally fine. We can refresh your current site, rebuild it inside Showit, or create a brand-new page to replace something that’s not working. I’ll help you determine the best path for your goals and budget.

Do I need branding before working with you? +

Nope! If you already have branding—amazing. If not, I’ll connect you with one of my branding partners. We only bring in support where it’s needed so you get the most aligned, cost-effective result.

Will you teach me how to update my site after launch? +

Yes! You’ll get a custom walkthrough video showing you exactly how to update text, swap images, and keep everything fresh without needing ongoing tech help.

What if I’m not tech-savvy at all? +

Perfect — most of my clients aren’t. My process is supportive, warm, and judgment-free. I handle the heavy lifting and walk you through anything confusing so you always feel grounded.
